How shall I pay for my treatments and spa services?
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
What about gratuities?
Gratuity is not included in the price of your services and cannot be added to your credit card.
What if I have a health impairment?
Please notify the spa before you make a reservation for your treatment. Please be aware that we are on the second and third floors and we do not have an elevator.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. After this period, there is no reimbursement. If you do not give us 24 hour notice of your cancellation, we will charge you for the full price of the service(s).
What if I miss my appointment?
Please do not forget! You will loose the treatment without reimbursement. A No Show can be rescheduled based on availability only in the case of illness, showing a medical waiver.
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. You will be charged for the full service.
