- When making your Spa reservations please have your Visa, Mastercard or American Express account number available.
- Please check in 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot receive an extension of scheduled time. No refunds will be made for early departure or unused appointments.
- Please keep valuables with you at all times. Channing's Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
- Channing's reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
- A 24-hour change or cancellation notice is required for all services to avoid your credit card being charged full price or your gift card being forfeited.
- 50% deposit is required for parties of 3 or more with a 48 hour change or cancellation notice to avoid a full charge to your credit card.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- No personal or business checks are accepted.
- We kindly ask you to refrain from using your cell phone at the spa.
- Tipping is appreciated...Gratuity cannot be added to your credit card.
